What it’s Like to Work with Me
When you work with me, my focus is on creating a supportive and inclusive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes that fit your lifestyle.
I take a calm, practical, and person-centred approach to health and nutrition. Together, we focus on prevention, sustainability, what you personally want to achieve for your long-term wellbeing—rather than rigid rules or quick fixes.
Getting Started
Before your first session, I’ll ask you to complete a short health intake form and a 3-day food and drink diary. This gives us a helpful snapshot of your current habits and routines.
If you prefer, we can go through this together during your first session.
Your Consultation
Our sessions take a holistic approach. Alongside your eating patterns, we’ll explore other key areas that influence your health, including sleep, stress, movement and exercise, energy levels, social connection, and caffeine & alcohol intake.
This helps me understand the bigger picture, so any recommendations are tailored, practical, and relevant to your life.
After your consultation, you’ll receive a summary of what we discussed, along with any helpful resources, food ideas, or simple recipes—so you don’t need to worry about remembering everything on the spot.
What we do together from then on is completely up to you. We can continue to meet regularly for a certain number of sessions, meet irregularly on and off, or leave it at that.
If you would like to have on-going sessions, you can book a package or book follow-up sessions as needed. Packages provide great value for money and give you the opportunity to work on different aspects of your health and nutrition over time.
My Approach
My approach is health-first and weight-neutral. The focus is on supporting your overall wellbeing through sustainable habits, rather than restrictive dieting or short-term outcomes.
Together, we may:
- Explore simple ways to improve your daily nutrition
- Identify realistic food swaps or additions
- Talk through meal planning, shopping, and preparation
- Recognise patterns that may be impacting your energy or health
- Build consistency without pressure or perfection
- Consider when additional support from your GP or other health professionals may be helpful
Working Together
We’ll develop a plan that suits your lifestyle, taking into account any challenges or barriers you may be facing.
You’ll be supported to set achievable short- and long-term goals, and to make changes at a pace that feels realistic and sustainable, and so you enjoy your lifestyle.
My Role
With a background in nursing, public health, nutrition and health coaching, I bring both clinical understanding and practical, real-world strategies to my work.
I’m also a mum of three girls and a Defence partner of 28 years, so I understand the realities of busy and often unpredictable family life—juggling time, budgets, changing routines, and different needs within a household.
Through Eat for Well-being, I’m passionate about helping people take a proactive, informed, and sustainable approach to their health.
My role is to guide and support you—so you can build a way of eating and living that feels balanced, realistic, and right for you.

Initial Consultation
1 x 1-hour session in-person or online: $140
Understanding you and establishing where you are at is important.
We will talk about your health and nutrition goals, and what you would like to achieve.
We will look at your current eating and lifestyle patterns, help you to define your goals and work through barriers to achieving them.
Written advice and resources will be emailed after the session.
Follow-up Consultations
Each session – 30-40 minutes: $90
These are opportunities to check in, assess what has been working for you, and help you stay on track.
We’ll provide support, adjust goals where needed, and add-in small and sustainable, health supporting steps that are tailored for you.

Packages
Packages are designed to give you ongoing support.
They help you stay on track with your health and nutrition goals and make your wellbeing journey feel more manageable and sustainable.
They also provide great value for money.
